The staff are amiable and extraordinarily friendly and offer concierge service, wake up service, and a complimentary breakfast free of charge. The venue has great and good setting in East End district close enough to the seawall.

Limited room amenities, such as missing fridges or microwaves, could detract from convenience. Noise from the air conditioning units may disturb your sleep, especially if you're up on the top floor with limited views outside. Plus, I found the bathroom windows lacked sufficient blinds, which might be a concern for some guests.

We had such a lovely stay with a beautifully decorated room and a superb bed, made for perfect rest. The leisure options like the aqua park and cozy TV room were a blast! It was a bit tricky with the steps, but they helped with our bags, so it wasn't a big deal-would definitely recommend staying here 😊

I loved this hotel and did not want to leave there, would recomand to friends. Everything was great, the staff were amiable and the location was peaceful. The bed was comfortable and all in all the room was sumptuous. It met needs. Location: the venue was not far from the seawall. Stopped by The Original Mexican Cafe to get some coffee and treats, it's right at the venue, recommend;)))

The Victorian home captures a unique colonial vibe as if they've stepped back in time. Spacious rooms feature beautiful furnishings, and the daily breakfast is really good, with the best coffee served at your table. While there's no soundproofing between rooms, it didn't detract from the quaint, family-friendly atmosphere. A clearer sign for access points would be beneficial for easier navigation.
